How is the real estate market in Naples?
My husband and I are from Toronto and are interested in buying a house in Naples that the family holiday home and rental property. The town house is new and is sold by the manufacturer. How the real estate market in Naples? Is it less affected by the problems under the First? Have property values dropped as much in Naples than in other cities in Florida?
